These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes with us informally by contacting [email protected]. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in Tampa, Florida, unless prohibited by law.
